Craft is the most generous and articulated of Agape's modular systems: a world of volumes, solids and voids that combine with great modular and typological flexibility. The system works with masses and proportions, orchestrating elements that can be placed against the wall, on the floor, or in the center of the room. The abundance of storage does not limit but amplifies possibilities: the different heights and depths create rhythm, the surfaces interact with light, and every configuration becomes a small exercise in architecture. The modularities are numerous, with heights ranging from 20 to 80 cm and depths of 42 and 50 cm, reaching 100 cm in island configurations and opening to solutions of great breadth and completely freestanding.
“Architecture is the masterly, correct and magnificent play of masses brought together in light.” — Le Corbusier
The structure is in poplar plywood faced in HDF, presented in veneers selected and processed by Tabu exclusively for Agape, or in lacquer; coordinated sides and back panels are added to it. The drawers are entirely made of wood, confirming the constructive quality of the system, and many configurations can include a small internal drawer, adding storage without altering the front elevation. The character of Craft is also defined by its fronts, four distinct series, Serie F, Serie L, Serie E and Serie Plus, each with its own range of finishes. Above the compositions, the system takes Flat countertops resting on top, in thicknesses from 1.2 to 6 cm, in solid surface, wood or stone, with integrated or over-countertop washbasins.
